Privacy Policy — Azrar

This policy explains what data the Azrar app by Stack Solutions handles on the Salla platform and how it is protected.

Merchant data

• Your store id, name and domain from Salla, to run the app and its dashboard.
• Salla's access token, sent on install, is used once to read your store's name and domain, and is never stored.
• The buttons you add (account handles, phone numbers, emails, links) and your style settings. These are shown publicly on your store, as you request.

Shopper data

We collect no personal data about your customers and use no cookies. When a shopper clicks a button we record an anonymous count only (store, button, day). IP addresses are used momentarily for abuse protection and are never saved in our database. To block fake clicks we keep an anonymous code for the current day only, derived from the visitor's network with a secret key so it can't be turned back into an IP address, and delete it the next day. Cloudflare keeps short-lived technical request logs for security and troubleshooting; they are deleted automatically within 7 days.

Hosting and security

Azrar runs on Cloudflare (Workers and D1). All traffic uses HTTPS, Salla webhooks are signature-verified, and the dashboard is only reachable through Salla after the store's identity is verified.

Retention and deletion

• When you uninstall: the buttons stop showing immediately.
• Button settings and statistics are permanently deleted 30 days after uninstalling (reinstalling within that window restores them).
• Click statistics older than 400 days are deleted automatically.
